Catering & pop-ups · Middle Tennessee
The craft of barbecueTexas tradition.
Tennessee heart.
Gospel starts with a simple idea: good barbecue brings people to the same table.
Inspired by Texas meat markets, old country barbecue shacks, and the back roads of Middle Tennessee, Gospel is about taking our time with the food and making room for the people.
Honest barbecue. Warm hospitality. The kind of meal that gives everyone a reason to stay a little longer.
A good reason
to get together.
From a celebration with your people to a stop at a pop-up, Gospel is built around gathering.
Catering
Weddings, family celebrations, and company gatherings. Barbecue belongs wherever people come together.
Pop-ups
A little back-road barbecue spirit, brought out into the community. Good food, familiar faces, and new friends.
Let’s gather.
Bring Gospel to your next event. Tell us about your people, your plans, and what you’d like on the table.

Catering questions
Where do you cater?
We cater throughout Middle Tennessee. Share your event location so we can confirm service availability.
How far ahead should I book?
Please reach out at least 7 days before your event, or 14 days for weddings and larger gatherings. Short-notice requests are welcome when our schedule allows.
Do you offer pickup or delivery?
Pickup or delivery can be arranged by request, subject to availability. Delivery fees depend on your event location and order size and will be included in your quote. We’ll confirm timing and handoff details with you.
How much meat should I order?
We recommend ½ pound of meat per person. With our à la carte menu, you can order as little or as much as you want.
What comes with the packages?
All packages include our Preacher Sauce and house-made pickles. The meat and side selections vary by package—see our catering menu for the full lineup.
How many people do the sides feed?
A pint feeds 2–4 people, a quart feeds 5–7, and a tray feeds 12–18. Dessert trays feed 15–20.
Can we customize the menu?
Yes. Tell us about your budget, dietary needs, and appetite, and we’ll work with you on a menu for your gathering.
How do I book catering?
Send a catering inquiry with your event date, location, guest count, and food preferences. We’ll contact you to confirm availability, service details, and a quote. An inquiry does not confirm a booking.
